Secondus’ bid to stop PDP Convention failed as Appeal Court struck out suit

The appeals of Prince Uche Secondus, the sacked National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party has been struck out by the Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt

Secondus appeal sought to suspend the forthcoming People’s Democratic Party (PDP) National Convention billed for 30 and 31st October 2021, in Abuja.

With the Party’s victory at Court of Appeal today, there is every likehood that the much awaited National Convention may now hold on the 30 and 31st October as previously planned.
