The Chairman, Members and Staff of the Kogi State House of Assembly Service Commission, have felicitated with Governor Yahaya Bello on his 47th birthday.
In a message of felicitation, the Chairman, Alhaji Malik Andas on behalf of Members and Staff expressed gratitude to God for enabling the Governor witness yet another year in good health, describing him as a Leader with capacity whose political drive transcends tribal, religious and party lines.
The Chairman who extolled the Governor for his tireless efforts in ensuring the provision of basic infrastructures across the State maintained that projects executed since the coming on board of the Present Administration have impacted the lives of the People in no small measure.
According to Alhaji Andas, the Governor has in the past six and a half years demonstrated good Leadership and commitment towards the development of the State as well as ensuring the equitable distribution of socio – amenities to all parts of Kogi State.
He noted that the recent outing of the Governor in the quest to clinch the presidential ticket of his party, showed his doggedness and interest for a Nation where governance work for the well-being of the people.
The Chairman said at forty-seven Governor Yahaya Bello has dared what many of his age mates have never dreamt of and praised him for lifting the bar of Youth participation in governance.
The Chairman congratulated the Governor and urged him to keep hope alive as he is still young to do more for the State and the Country in the nearest future.
As he marks his 47th birthday, Alhaji Andas, on behalf of the Members and Staff of the Commission wished him happy birthday and success in his political ambition.
